Let me be honest. Lately, it is difficult for me to watch the news, use social media, or even have conversations about all of the disenfranchisement and inequity that is continuing to take root in this country. There are so many polarizing issues—coupled with obstinate, divergent opinions—that it’s hard to have meaningful, fact-based conversations.
I’m excited to share my latest endeavor, From Ally to Accomplice.
I launched The Woke Coach this year because I wholeheartedly believe that racial equity is the defining issue of our time.
Because I am fervent in this belief, my mission is to help humans become the best, most understanding, empathic version of themselves by deepening their analysis and developing an understanding around issues of racism, bias and injustice.
I'm excited to announce that I have started a business called The Woke Coach LLC—an independent consultancy aimed at engaging with clients, large and small, to facilitate conversations and complete projects that live at the intersection of equity, diversity, inclusion, education and empowerment.
